Implementation
Our BA and configuration team designs your journeys, forms and credit rules on Thinker Suite and integrates them with your systems. A full bank-grade go-live typically takes about 7 months; smaller lenders go live faster.
Integration
Databridge comes pre-connected to DOPA, NDID, ThaiD, NCB and other Thai data sources, and open APIs connect your core banking, GL and channels. At a leading Thai bank we connected 32 internal systems and 118 external APIs.
Training
Work Pool users, rule owners and product teams learn to run the platform and change rules themselves, without waiting for IT.
MA, SLA and hypercare
A 24/7 Thai support team, with hypercare after go-live. Critical issues are acknowledged within 15 minutes and mitigated within 1 hour.
